Why sign up?

We don’t overproduce. Our pieces are released in limited runs and won’t always be restocked. VIPs get first chance—no algorithms, no games.

How do I get early access?

Join our list. When early access opens, we’ll send you a password to unlock the drop. Or you can wait until it opens to the public—if anything’s left.

How does VIP early access work?

New collections are released to our VIP list 3 days before they go public. Stock is limited and often sells out fast—so signing up gives you first pick.

Will you restock sold-out items?

Not always. Most pieces are released in limited runs. If there’s demand, we might bring a style back—but it’s best to grab it while it’s live.

Do you cover return shipping?

Not currently. You’ll need to cover the cost of shipping it back. We recommend using tracked postage, especially for returns over $75.

Can I exchange if I ordered the wrong size?

Absolutely, if it’s unworn and within 30 days. Just email us to start the exchange process.

Can I get a refund?

We offer refunds on full-price items that meet return conditions. Sale items are final. If you change your mind, we’ll work with you where we can, but buyer’s remorse isn’t guaranteed for a refund.

What’s your return policy?

You’ve got 30 days from when your order arrives to return it, as long as it’s unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Pre-orders follow the same rule.

Do I have to pay duties or taxes?

If you’re outside Australia, you may be charged import duties or taxes. These are set by your country and are your responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

What if my order hasn’t arrived?

Check your tracking link first. If it’s stuck or looks off, contact us—we’ll look into it and help sort it out.

What about international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Express delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

How long does shipping take within Australia?

Standard: 2–5 working days after dispatch.

Express: 1–2 working days (metro areas).

Orders are processed in 1–2 days. Peak periods or rural areas may take longer.

How do Blindside sizes fit?

Most of our styles are oversized and unisex. If you prefer a neater fit, size down. Want more room? Stick to your regular size.

What size should I get if I’m between sizes?

Size down for a closer fit, or up for more give. Our gear is relaxed by design, so go with the fit that works for you.

Are the sizes Australian?

Yes. Our sizing follows Australian standards. If you’re ordering internationally, it’s worth checking a conversion chart or comparing to something you already own.

Do you offer plus sizes?

Right now we go up to XL (AU 14–16). We’re working on expanding our size range as we grow.
